2. What we collect

We collect only what we need to reply to you, run a project and keep this website working.

What you send us. Your name, email address, phone number, company, website, budget range and the message you write in the contact form or in an email.
Project information. Brand assets, account access, creator details, campaign data and reports that you share so we can do the work.
Billing details. Company name, address, tax number and payment references needed to issue invoices.
Website data. Pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and referring site, collected through analytics and cookies.

3. How we use it

To answer enquiries and send proposals.
To plan, run and report on campaigns you hire us for.
To issue invoices and keep financial records.
To keep the website secure and understand which pages help visitors.
To send you project updates and replies to your messages.

4. Our legal basis

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies to you, we rely on these bases: your consent, where you tick a box; performance of a contract, when we run a project for you; legitimate interests, such as keeping the site secure and improving it; and legal obligation, such as keeping tax records. For people in India we follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and process data with your consent or for the lawful uses it allows.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with people who help us deliver the work, under a duty to keep it safe:

Hosting, email, analytics and project management tools we use to run the business.
Advertising and social platforms, when you ask us to run campaigns on them.
Creators and production partners, limited to what they need for a brief.
Accountants, lawyers and authorities, when the law requires it.

6. International transfers

We work from India with clients around the world, so your data may be processed in India and in other countries where our tools are hosted. When data moves out of your region, we use contracts and safeguards that the law accepts for that transfer.

7. Cookies and analytics

This website uses essential cookies to work and, with your consent where the law asks for it, analytics cookies to count visits. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site from working.

8. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 24 months. Project files and reports are kept for the life of the engagement and for up to 24 months afterwards. Invoices and tax records are kept for the period Indian law requires, which is currently up to eight years.

9. How we protect it

We use access controls, two-step sign-in on business accounts and encrypted connections. No online system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the relevant authority within the time the law sets.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:

Tell you what personal data we hold about you.
Correct data that is wrong or out of date.
Delete your data, unless we must keep it by law.
Limit or object to how we use it, or move it to another provider.
Withdraw consent you gave earlier.

11. Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. For material changes we will also tell clients by email.
