1. About these terms

These terms apply to this website and to services provided by House of Mystoria, Thane, Maharashtra, India. By using the website or engaging us, you agree to them. If you sign a separate agreement with us, that agreement wins wherever it differs from this page.

2. Our services

We provide SEO, influencer marketing, performance marketing, production and ads, and social media management. The exact work, timeline and deliverables for each project are listed in a written proposal or statement of work.

3. Proposals, scope and fees

A proposal is valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise.
Work starts when you approve the proposal in writing and any advance payment is received.
Changes to scope are agreed in writing before the work is done and may change fees or timelines.
Ad spend and creator fees are paid to platforms and creators and are separate from our fees unless the proposal says they are included.

4. Invoices and payment

We invoice from India, usually as an export of services, in the currency stated in the proposal. Invoices are due within the period shown on them. Bank charges, withholding taxes and currency conversion costs on your side are your responsibility unless the proposal says otherwise. We may pause work on accounts with overdue invoices.

5. What we need from you

Timely access to accounts, assets and decision makers.
Feedback and approvals within the times agreed in the plan.
Confirmation that you own or may use everything you give us, including logos, images, music and product claims.
Compliance with the laws and platform rules that apply to your product and your market.

6. Ownership of the work

Once an invoice is paid in full, you own the final deliverables we create for you, such as videos, designs and copy. We keep the right to use our tools, templates and general know-how. Third-party material, such as stock footage, fonts and creator content, stays under its own licence and usage terms.

7. Creators, platforms and third parties

Creators and platforms have their own rules and make their own decisions. We choose and manage them carefully, but we cannot control changes to platform policies, algorithms, ad approvals or a creator's personal conduct. We will tell you promptly when something outside our control affects a campaign.

8. Confidentiality

Each side will keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only for the project. This does not apply to information that is public, already known to the other side or required to be disclosed by law. We do not name clients or share their results publicly without permission.

9. No guarantee of results

Marketing outcomes depend on many things we do not control, including your product, price, market, competitors and platform changes. We commit to the work, the tracking and the reporting described in the proposal. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, followers or sales.

10. Limits of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to a project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit or lost data.

11. Ending the work

Either side can end an ongoing engagement with 30 days written notice. Either side can end it immediately if the other seriously breaches these terms and does not fix the problem within 10 days of being told. You pay for work done and costs committed up to the end date.

12. Using this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. The text, design and images are owned by House of Mystoria or used with permission, and may not be copied without written consent. The articles are general information, not professional advice for your specific situation. The website may link to other sites that we do not control.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Thane, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a signed agreement says otherwise. We try to settle any dispute by talking first, and will meet or call within 15 days of a written complaint.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Updates do not change a project that was already agreed unless both sides accept the change in writing.
